Shipping & Returns

Order Confirmation:

Upon placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation indicating that we have received your order and authorized your credit card. We will promptly contact our suppliers to verify the item(s) availability and stock for immediate shipment. If the item(s) are not in stock or on backorder, we will cancel the pre-authorization and inform you via email. If the item(s) are available for immediate shipment, we will process the payment and submit the order for shipment within 5 business days.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and payment is processed, it will be shipped within 5 business days from the date of your order. We will send you an email with tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. If you have not received tracking information within 6 business days of your order, please contact us at support@elevationdesks.com.

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) upon delivery and note any damages while signing. In case of damage, please take photos and send them to Returns@elevationdesks.com, and we will file an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds:

Orders cancelled after 48 business hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, irrespective of shipping status. If the order has already shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for the actual return shipping charges. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used to make the purchase.
